If you had a blood sample drawn in 1996 or earlier so that
your name and blood typing could be entered into a national database of people
who might be willing to donate their bone marrow for a family member, friend
or another patient in need of a transplant, we would like you to update your
information in our files. It is very important that the information in our
files in updated and accurate. Otherwise it may not be possible for us to
contact you in case your blood typing matches that of a patient in need of
a marrow transplant.
Of course, you may withdraw from this volunteer program
at any time. Should that be your decision, we ask that you notify us immediately
so that we can remove your donor information from our files. For more information,
